I help organizations build business systems that work, and that work for everyone. I’m a Salesforce administrator and a certified accessibility specialist. That’s a fairly rare combination: I can configure and run the platform, and I can make sure what gets built is genuinely usable by people with disabilities. I also happen to be a blind professional, so accessibility isn’t a checkbox for me. It’s how I use technology every day.

What I do

• Salesforce administration. Configuration, user and data management, automation, and keeping orgs healthy.
• Accessibility audits and remediation. Testing sites and apps against real screen-reader use, finding what breaks, and helping teams fix it.
• Screen-reader testing. Hands-on evaluation with JAWS and NVDA, the tools your disabled users actually rely on.
• ADA and accessibility guidance. Practical advice on becoming and staying compliant, plus talks on blindness and accessible design.
